We buy and prepare daily only the freshest vegetables, fruit, poultry and fish and we pick only what we will use for that meal from our gardens and orchards. At the restaurant El Tigre Vestido, our chefs offer a latino fusion cuisine using only local ingredients and emphasizing traditional Costa Rican recipes.

Please find a sample menu for dinner, the menus for Breakfast and Lunch and our wine lists. If you have food allergies or special needs please indicate on your reservation form and remind us upon arrival at the Inn. If you need a children’s menu we will be happy to send one.
